In this role, you will focus on the packaging of Arista AH Absorbable Hemostatic Powder, ensuring that every item meets our rigorous safety and quality benchmarks. This position is based on the second shift and includes full training, offering you a chance to grow your skills within a collaborative and high-energy workplace. Core Responsibilities Ensure clinical and commercial goods are labeled and packaged with high accuracy to improve production output. Follow established protocols and quality standards to maintain full regulatory compliance. Document device history, batch records, and inventory levels to ensure data integrity. Identify and remove defective packaging components during the production process to uphold quality control. Support the team by participating in safety audits and inventory counts to maintain a secure and organized workspace. Utilize basic math skills to accurately complete all necessary batch documentation. Sanitize equipment and workstations frequently to ensure a clean and safe environment for all. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following contamination control and PPE guidelines. Show adaptability by adjusting to shift changes and working overtime when business needs arise. Qualifications and Requirements Completion of a High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. At least half a year of professional work experience. Demonstrated ability to maintain focus on details and manage documentation effectively. Proven capacity to work well alongside others in a team-oriented setting. Proficiency in basic computer tasks and fundamental mathematical operations. Availability to work the second shift (2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.), including an initial 4-week training period on the first shift (6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) and the ability to work overtime. Preferred Qualifications Background in a regulated manufacturing or packaging environment. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Previous experience working in cleanrooms or managing hazardous materials.
