This is a specialized one-day-per-week production position , with the opportunity to expand to additional production days as our wholesale program grows. This is not an entry-level pastry position. We need someone who is confident producing macarons, works with urgency, communicates well, and can lead a small production team without requiring constant supervision. What You'll Do Lead weekly macaron production from start to finish Mix, pipe, bake, fill, sandwich, and finish macarons Organize production to ensure all batches are completed on schedule Maintain consistency in size, texture, appearance, and quality Troubleshoot macaron batter, baking, and production issues Direct and work alongside a Macaron Production Assistant Keep the production area clean and organized throughout the shift Communicate production issues, shortages, or delays clearly Take ownership of getting the day's production completed What We're Looking For Professional pastry or bakery experience required Strong hands-on experience producing macarons Able to independently execute macaron production at volume Fast, focused, and comfortable working with urgency Strong time management and production awareness Natural leadership and clear communication Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Able to maintain high quality while working efficiently Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do next We are looking for someone with energy, drive, and a production mindset . Our kitchen is fast-paced, and this role requires someone who naturally keeps moving, stays aware of the clock, and takes responsibility for completing production on time. Schedule & Compensation 1 production day per week Approximately 8 hours per week $22-$24/hour, depending on experience There is potential for this position to grow to two production days per week as Sacré Sucré expands its wholesale macaron program.
