Required as Needed Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join a fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be responsible for folding garment, linen, and bulk products, preparing items for delivery, and maintaining production standards in a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities Fold garment, linen, and bulk products manually or using industrial folding equipment. Count and organize folded products accurately. Prepare bundles of clean products for customer delivery. Push carts and bins of linen and bulk products throughout the production area. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Meet daily production quotas and quality standards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Strong attendance record and dependable work history. Ability to stand for the entire shift. Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, stretching, turning, and reaching. Ability to push carts and bins containing linen and bulk products. Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others. Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or laundry experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and turning. Push and move carts or bins of products. Perform repetitive production tasks consistently throughout the workday. Work in a fast-paced production environment while meeting performance expectations.
