Luxe Ambiance Events is a premier luxury event design and décor company located in beltsville, MD. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Event Production Assistant to assist with the setup and breakdown of event décor on weekends. This role is crucial in ensuring our event spaces are transformed beautifully and efficiently while maintaining the high standards of Luxe Ambiance Events.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading event décor items, equipments, and props. Set up event spaces, including tabletop decor, floral arrangements, balloon installations, and other decorative elements. Ensure all décor is properly placed according to the design plan. Support the breakdown and clean-up process post-event, carefully packing and organizing items for transport. Work closely with the production team to execute event timelines efficiently Follow safety protocols when handling heavy or delicate items. Occasionally assist in minor on-site troubleshooting related to event setups.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in event setup, décor installation, floral designs or balloon installations is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design instructions precisely. Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Reliable transportation to event locations. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
