Company Overview BJ's Custom Creations is a family owned and operated business located in Hagerstown, Maryland. All embroidery and screen printing work is manufactured directly in our Hagerstown facility. Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at BJ's Custom Creations in Hagerstown, Maryland. In this role, you will play a vital part in our production process, ensuring high-quality standards are met while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional decorated apparel and promotional items. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various machinery Read and interpret workorders to ensure accurate production. Monitor production processes for quality control and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery. Assist in troubleshooting machine issues as they arise. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Experience as a Machine Operator or similar role (we train). Ability to read workorders. Familiarity with quality control processes in manufacturing. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
