Schedule & Benefits Full-time position Monday through Thursday Typical shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (flexible based on production) Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off Paid one-hour lunch every shift Three paid sick days annually after successful completion of the first 90 days Opportunities for advancement into leadership and specialized production roles Position Overview We're seeking an experienced production professional with commercial chocolate manufacturing experience and, preferably, prior cannabis manufacturing experience. This is not an entry-level kitchen position. You'll be responsible for producing premium cannabis-infused chocolate products while maintaining strict quality, consistency, sanitation, and regulatory standards. Our ideal candidate already understands production flow, batch consistency, food safety, and the importance of working efficiently without sacrificing quality. You'll work closely with our production leadership to continuously improve processes and help maintain the high standards our customers expect. Primary ResponsibilitiesChocolate Production Produce premium cannabis-infused chocolate products Temper, mold, portion, decorate, and finish chocolate products Maintain consistent product quality from batch to batch Monitor production yields and minimize waste Follow detailed production formulas and SOPs Cannabis Manufacturing Handle infused ingredients accurately and responsibly Maintain strict dosage accuracy Follow all state compliance requirements and internal quality procedures Complete production documentation accurately Production Operations Prepare ingredients and workstations Operate commercial production equipment safely Assist with production scheduling and workflow Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization Cross-train on additional production lines as needed Quality & Sanitation Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout production Follow GMP and food safety standards Clean and sanitize equipment between production runs Help ensure products consistently meet MOJO quality expectations Preferred Qualifications Previous commercial chocolate manufacturing experience Previous cannabis manufacturing experience strongly preferred Experience working in regulated food production environments Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation Experience following SOPs and batch records Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing throughout the workday Reliable transportation and excellent attendance What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Takes genuine pride in producing exceptional products Notices problems before they're pointed out Works efficiently without cutting corners Thrives in a team environment Is organized, dependable, and accountable Understands that consistency is everything in manufacturing Brings ideas that improve quality and efficiency Wants to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company Bonus Experience While not required, experience with any of the following is a plus: Commercial confectionery manufacturing Cannabis extraction or infusion HACCP, GMP, or SQF environments Packaging equipment Inventory management Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement Why MOJO?
