Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, including power tools and hand tools. Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality control. Manage manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with mechanical assembly processes, following detailed production documents and instructions. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety standards in production. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions aligned with lean manufacturing principles. Maintain accurate production records, document interpretation, and report any discrepancies or issues promptly. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with forklift operation or certification is a plus but not mandatory. Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools or power tools are advantageous. Experience with assembly line processes and managing production or assembly teams is beneficial. Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and commitment to safety protocol adherence. Ability to interpret technical drawings, use measuring instruments accurately, and follow detailed instructions. Demonstrated manual handling skills, including heavy lifting, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
