Kennebunk, Maine CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Production Associate to support our client's medical device manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for preparing components for coating, setting up fixtures, and performing visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet strict quality and cleanliness standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or medical device experience who enjoy working in a quality-focused production environment.Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare medical device components using approved manufacturing processes and established work instructions. Set up, load, and secure parts onto fixtures for coating operations while ensuring proper alignment and handling. Perform visual inspections to identify defects, contamination, and product irregularities. Conduct dimensional inspections using gauges, measuring tools, and other quality inspection equipment. Document inspection results accurately and maintain complete production and quality records. Follow all cleanroom, safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory compliance procedures. Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to ensure efficient workflow and product compliance. Support continuous manufacturing operations while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity.Desired Background/Skills:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or medical device experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and maintain accurate documentation. Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and rulers is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as required. Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.Other Information:
