Assembly- Production Team Member Join our dynamic assembly and production team for a rewarding seasonal opportunity from September through December! In this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, contributing to the efficient assembly of products in a fast-paced environment. Potential for Temp - Fill-Time Hire. We're looking for a dependable, motivated team member to join our Assembly Team for a temporary position from September through December. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a great group of people in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. There is potential for full-time employment following the temporary assignment based on business needs and performance.
Position Details Temporary position:
September-December Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Potential for some overtime Temporary position is non-benefited Potential for full-time employment based on business needs and performance Position Summary Under the daily direction of the Assembly or Team Lead, this position is responsible for building various kit assemblies in a team-based assembly line environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to meet or exceed production goals while continuously developing their skills, improving efficiency, and contributing to process improvements. What You'll Do Follow the production schedule and business needs while supporting team members as needed. Perform a variety of assembly tasks, including box building, kit assembly, gel packing, and assembly line work. Perform other related duties as assigned. Follow and uphold all company safety procedures. What We're Looking For English proficiency required. Eligible legal status to work in US High school diploma or GED preferred. At least one year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Positive attitude and commitment to quality and safety.
Pay:
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
