Botto's Bakery is looking for a Production Associate to join our team in Westbrook, ME. Will assist production team to keep product flowing throughout the production process. End of day cleanup of Ingredient and mixing area and of refilling of ingredient bins for next day. Working with dough processing equipment daily. Openings for Advancement possible.

Responsibilities:

Follow SOPs for proper food safety, quality, and production Set up and break down of production areas Work with team to ensure product quality standards are maintained Keep work area clean, organized and sanitary at all times. Work with the supervisor on any issues that may arise. Follow all safety protocols and policies. Maintain a positive attitude and work with a team to maintain a safe environment. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (physical) Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written) Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Ability to work well with others in an interdisciplinary team environment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, problem solving skills and ability to follow directions.

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.50 per hour
