WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Production Associate, you'll be part of the team manufacturing automotive components used in today's vehicles. Depending on your department, you may: Assemble automotive parts and components Operate production equipment and machinery Load and unload parts from machines Use hand and power tools Inspect finished products for quality Package and organize completed parts Move materials throughout the production area Follow production, quality, and safety procedures Work with your team to meet daily production goals

YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

Show up on time and ready to work Have dependable and consistent attendance Enjoy hands-on work Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment Can stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout your shift Can lift and move materials as required Pay attention to quality and detail Are willing to learn and take direction Work well independently and as part of a team Previous manufacturing, automotive, assembly, warehouse, machine operation, or production experience is a plus—but NOT required!
