In this vital role, you will be actively engaged in assembling, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to delivering high-quality products on time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your technical expertise within a fast-paced factory setting, supporting continuous improvement and operational success. Duties Operate assembly lines using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to assemble components accurately and efficiently Utilize forklift and warehouse experience to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies safely around the manufacturing facility Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functioning and safety compliance Assist with the setup, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing machinery and tools Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials, operating forklifts, and using power tools in the factory environment Support quality control processes by inspecting products for defects and ensuring adherence to specifications Collaborate with team members on production tasks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity Experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is highly preferred Hands-on knowledge of assembly line operations and use of hand tools or power tools is essential Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a strong plus Mechanical knowledge or background that enables quick troubleshooting of equipment issues Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and procedures is advantageous Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us in shaping innovative products through dedicated manufacturing efforts!
