With over 30 years of experience Pioneer Cabinetry, located in Davison, is the signature of quality and craftsmanship when it comes to kitchen, bathroom and custom cabinetry. We are currently expanding our existing team of talented woodworkers. Responsibilities for our production woodworker positions vary and may include cutting, machining, sanding, staining/painting and/or assembling cabinet parts. Our employees typically work Monday - Friday, starting at 6a and work until the daily production requirements for their assigned departments have been met (typically an 8 to 10 hour day). The ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays is a requirement for our positions. The starting wage for our entry level positions is $14.50/hr. New hires for these roles qualify to earn a $500 Perfect Attendance Bonus during their first 90 days of employment. Benefits are available after 90 days and include:
