Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Automated Machine Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated machinery used in high-precision production processes. Your expertise will ensure seamless operation of equipment, general maintenance, adherence to safety protocols, and continuous improvement of manufacturing workflows. Responsibilities Operate automated manufacturing Pad/Step machines with precision and efficiency. Monitor machine performance continuously, identifying issues early to minimize downtime and maintain optimal productivity. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on automated machinery, applying mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills. Interpret schematics to set up and adjust machines accurately. Feed raw material to the machine ; Pack finished product. Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machines operate at peak performance. Follow safety protocols diligently, ensuring a safe working environment while adhering to all manufacturing standards. Requirements Proven experience operating automated manufacturing equipment; additional training will be provided Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability for machine setup and troubleshooting. Familiarity with machining processes including programming Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing environments and automation systems. Experience with forklift a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and process improvement. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
