Title of Position:

General Manufacturing Support - Afternoon Shift (3pm-11pm Mon-Fri) -

Fowlerville, MI Basic Purpose:

Support production by performing job responsibilities.

Some High School preferred, HS Diploma or GED Equivalent 2.)

Physical Attributes:

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and the ability to use stairs on a consistent basis

Job Duties:

1.) Ensure that scales and programming of scales are correct for every product run. 2.) Ensure that every product is packaged, weighed, and labeled correctly to ensure that a quality product is being delivered to our customers. 3.) Remove old labels from re-usable containers to limit confusion. 4.) Cleaning utilizing the guidelines posted in the work area. 5.) Limit the amount of partial boxes as best as possible. 6.) Inspect, report, and correct any product issues to ensure that we provide a quality product to our customers. 7.) Clean magnets 4 times per shift. 8.) Ensure correct blends or other feed stocks are being used at the remote hoppers for specified feeders. 9.) Ensure that the correct stabilizer and color concentrates are being delivered to the extruders in a timely manner. 10.) Weigh scrap, raw, and finished material and label properly. 11.) Ensure that all raw material tags are returned to the Manufacturing Supervisor. 12.) Communicate any machine issues to supervisor for correction. 13.) Verify that the correct materials are being used according to work order recipe. 14.) Perform daily production task as required and in the manner as identified within the job instructions and procedures. 15.) Perform any additional tasks as delegated by shift supervision personnel.
