Join a team committed to quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Manufacturing Associate, you may be assigned to either the assembly or machining department based on business needs.
Shifts & Pay Rates:
1st
Shift:
7:00 AM•3:30 PM, $17.00/hour 2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM•11:30 PM, $17.75/hour (High need) 3rd
Shift:
11:00 PM•7:30 AM, $18.00/hour (High need) Overtime available; may include up to 12-hour days and weekends
Job Responsibilities:
Perform repetitive production tasks in either assembly or machining Conduct gross and fine adjustments to parts, machinery, or vehicles, using strong manual dexterity and visual coordination Follow instructions and maintain a safe workspace, always wearing provided personal protective equipment (PPE) Ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards, including
TS169494/ISO14001
specifications as applicable Accurately sort, categorize, and handle materials of varying size and weight
Physical Demands:
Stand up to 7 hours per 8-hour shift Walk at least 300 feet during each shift Continuously lift 1-15 lbs. with each hand and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, gripping, and grasping; carry or push/pull materials as needed Work safely around moving machinery and equipment Wear ESD heel straps when handling sensitive components
Requirements:
High school diploma required Manufacturing experience strongly preferred Ability to work any shift assigned; willingness to work overtime as needed Successful completion of urine and/or hair drug screening and criminal background check Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions (Preferred) Experience with statistical process control, tagging/lot control, problem-solving, forklift operation, and basic computer skills What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
