Join Our Team! Flexible Staffing is hiring dependable and motivated Production Workers for multiple manufacturing facilities in the Gaylord and Vanderbilt, MI areas. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in being dependable, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery safely Assemble, inspect, and package products Perform basic machine operation and troubleshooting Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Work efficiently to meet production goals Qualifications Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new equipment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent attendance and reliability are required Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
