Interpret technical drawings, production documents, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate manufacturing processes. Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments to verify dimensions and adherence to safety standards in production. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements aligned with lean manufacturing principles. Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing standards. Assist in managing production or assembly teams to meet daily output targets while upholding safety standards. Qualifications Proven factory experience with familiarity in manufacturing environments and warehouse operations. Hands-on experience with forklift operation, mechanical assembly, and use of measuring instruments. Strong understanding of safety standards in production, including safety protocol adherence and heavy lifting procedures. Ability to interpret technical drawings, production documents, and utilize hand tools effectively. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in process improvement or lean manufacturing practices is highly desirable. Excellent manual handling skills paired with the ability to work on an assembly line for extended periods. Prior experience managing production or assembly teams is a plus but not mandatory; a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency is essential.
