Gluing Feeder/Catcher

We are hiring an experienced Folder/Gluer Operator to join our team in Sturgis, Michigan. We are hiring for both our 2nd and 3rd shifts. Responsibilities Support production operations by preparing materials and ensuring readiness between jobs Verify job specifications and ensure materials and documentation are accurate and aligned Assist with equipment setup and changeovers as required Monitor production processes to identify quality issues or equipment concerns Inspect products for defects and remove non-conforming materials Package finished goods according to specifications and labeling requirements Ensure accurate counts, labeling, and documentation of completed work Communicate effectively with operators and team members to resolve issues and maintain workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting when needed Support training and onboarding of team members as required Perform other duties as required Demonstrate a deliberate focus on Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction Qualifications/Skills Required High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous manufacturing experience, specifically printing or packaging is preferred. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as job tickets, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures. Must have the ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees and management. Must be able to maintain good attendance and be willing to work overtime as needed. Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction Physical Requirements Physical ability and stamina sufficient to maintain continuous physical effort throughout shift, including frequent lifting, standing, stooping, bending, reaching and twisting. Physical strength and ability sufficient to perform manual labor for extended periods of time. Manual labor is defined as exerting force sufficient to lift up to 50 lbs.
