Alexandria, MN Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule:

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Experience reading blueprints and inspecting parts is a plus Basic computer and math skills required Job Duties Set up and operate production equipment safely and efficiently Review manufacturing orders and verify customer specifications Package finished products according to customer requirements Monitor product quality and inspect finished parts Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Follow production schedules to meet customer deadlines Rotate workstations as required to support safety and ergonomics Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices Identify and recommend process improvements Support continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Fabrication Support. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
