Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in global enterprise information management and storage, is seeking an Imaging Production Specialist to join their team. As an Imaging Production Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Document Processing Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday - Friday; 11:00AM - 7:30PM What's the Job? Operate scanners and processing equipment to digitize documents accurately and efficiently. Verify the quality and accuracy of scanned images, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Document files and manage the release of scanned materials to clients or internal teams. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support smooth workflow operations. Assist with rotating tasks among scanning, quality control, and indexing to meet daily production goals. What's Needed? 1+ year of data management/clerk duties preferred. HS/GED Completion Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks. Ability to operate scanners and basic computer software efficiently. Good organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions.
