Production Finisher RequirementsTo be successful in this Production Finisher position, candidates should:

Have manufacturing or assembly experience preferredBe comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipmentHave strong attention to detail and organizational skillsBe dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learnHave basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsWork well independently and as part of a teamFollow all safety policies and proceduresBe able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally more as neededProduction Finisher ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Finisher, you will:

Perform leak testing on tanks and assembliesInspect assembled components to ensure quality standardsComplete secondary operations including routing, drilling, deburring, and flamingFollow production paperwork, work instructions, and proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport various production operations as neededPromote a positive and productive work environmentPerform additional duties as assignedSchedule & Pay1st ShiftMonday through Thursday5:30 AM to 4:00 PM$18.00 per hourFull-time schedule with three-day weekendsWork EnvironmentThis Production Finisher position requires standing and walking throughout the shift, along with frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and pulling. The manufacturing environment may include exposure to moving equipment, dust, fumes, temperature changes, elevated noise levels, and cleaning chemicals.
