Production Worker

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily production tasks, including handling materials, preparing products, maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily production of goods, including packaging, labeling, and assembling materials Load and unload products or materials as needed Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (rain suits, face shields, goggles, gloves, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized work area, including assisting with sanitation procedures when needed Follow instructions from team leads or supervisors to meet production goals Help track materials and report any issues with equipment or product quality Support shipping/receiving tasks such as sorting, counting, or stacking products Perform light to moderate lifting (typically 5-20 lbs.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or sanitation environment preferred Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a focus on quality and consistency Willingness to follow safety rules and wear protective gear Strong attention to detail and good communication skills Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Nice to

Have:

Experience working with food products, cleaning/sanitation, or basic machinery Familiarity with production schedules, load reports, or basic inventory tracking Bilingual abilities are a plus
