$26.48/hour with potential to earn up to $34.22/hour
Qualifications & Requirements:

    Commitment to working safely in a manufacturing setting and following all plant safety and housekeeping rules.

      Basic Computer Skills:
      Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

        Proficiency in taking measurements to verify product specifications.

          Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools.
            Teamwork:
            Strong teamwork and communication skills.
              Reliable Attendance:
              Consistent and reliable attendance.
              Role & Responsibilities:
                Safety First:
                Prioritize safety and adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements in a manufacturing setting.
                  Operational Excellence :
                  Operate production equipment, troubleshoot, and make necessary adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are consistently met.
                    Data Management:
                    Accurately record production data and other results as required.
                      Maintenance Skills:
                      Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment efficiently.
                        Mobile Equipment Operation:
                        Operate mobile equipment, including forklifts.
                          Continuous Improvement:
                          Actively participate in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
                            Flexible Scheduling:
                            Adapt to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and weekends.
                            Additional Information:
                              Schedule:
                              12-hour rotating shifts, 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, which includes overnights, weekends, and overtime.

USG employees enjoy a number of benefit options for themselves and their families. These include two medical insurance options, as well as vision and dental coverage. The cost of these optional programs varies based on coverage level - employees generally pay 25% of the monthly premium cost, USG pays the rest.
