Fabrication Associate

We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented, and hardworking Floating Fabrication Associate . In this crucial, fast-paced role, you will be the backbone of our production floor. Instead of staying stationed at one machine, you will "float" between departments based on daily production needs, keeping our manufacturing processes running smoothly. Your Mission:

To ensure the seamless and efficient production of TMW Attachments by providing vital support across the shop floor—expertly transitioning between press brake operation, sawing, drilling, and material handling to keep our core manufacturing teams supplied and productive. Key Responsibilities Dynamic Fabrication Support (Floating): • Adapt daily to the shifting needs of the shop floor, stepping in to operate various machinery and relieve production bottlenecks.

Press Brake Operation:

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts accurately according to engineering drawings.

Sawing & Drilling:

• Operate industrial band saws, cold saws, and drill presses to cut, drill, and prep raw materials for the welding and assembly teams.

Material Handling & Forklift Operation:

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw steel, work-in-progress components, and finished attachments throughout the facility. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

Quality Assurance:

• Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to ensure all prepped parts meet precise dimensional specifications before they reach the welding team.

Safety & Organization:

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment across all stations you support. Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and equipment procedures.

Pay:

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
