Job Description

Overview Join our manufacturing team as a Machine Operator and become an integral part of our production process! This role is perfect for individuals who possess strong mechanical aptitude, and are eager to operate a variety of machinery. As a key contributor, you'll ensure that our manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Operate a state of the art pulp molding machine Monitor machine performance throughout the shift, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; assist with fabrication and packaging as needed. Follow safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Document production data accurately and communicate any operational concerns or machine issues to supervisors. Requirements Experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus but not a requirement, we will train. Experience with safety standards, materials handling (including forklift operation), assembly line processes, and packaging procedures a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting machinery issues. Prior warehouse experience or manufacturing facility background is preferred.
