What You'll Be Doing:
Packing lubricant products like a pro into containers big and small Keeping an eagle eye on quality and safety — no shortcuts here Running, adjusting, and babying the machines to keep production humming Logging info into our computer system (bonus points for accuracy!) Swapping out packaging setups and cleaning machines like a boss Lending a hand in the warehouse - picking, receiving, organizing Operating forklifts (don't worry, we'll train you!) Pitching in with general tasks and keeping things tidy Taking on special projects when they pop up
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED 1 year of manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and a great attitude A team player who's ready to grow and take on new challenges
