Production Line Worker Job Description We are looking for a Production Line Worker to support general tasks in a fast‑paced work environment. You will help ensure products move smoothly through the production process. Responsibilities Assist with basic tasks on the production line Rotate through different duties as needed Help restock materials Perform simple manual labor tasks such as organizing, assembling, or packaging items Essential Skills Ability to perform basic hands‑on work Comfortable with repetitive tasks Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Additional Qualifications Entry-level role No prior experience required Why Work Here? Employees may be required to wear standard safety or protective gear and stand for extended periods. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Center, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
