  • , you'll assemble aluminum extrusion frames and custom mechanical systems that support automation projects across a wide range of industries. You'll work in a clean, organized production environment where craftsmanship, problem‑solving, and attention to detail truly matter.     • What You'll Do
    • + •Assemble custom frames•using aluminum extrusion, mechanical components, and hardware based on blueprints and work instructions + •Perform layout and alignment•to ensure accurate fit, structure, and functionality + •Use hand tools and shop equipment•to complete mechanical builds safely and efficiently + •Package and crate finished systems•for shipment to customers + •Support custom automation builds•that vary in size, complexity, and design + •Maintain a clean, organized workspace•that supports safe and efficient production + •Communicate with leads and teammates•to keep projects on track and resolve issues quickly •?

    • + Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on assembly experience + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings + High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship + Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project priorities + Solid communication and basic organizational skills + Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and working on your feet throughout the shift + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar) •?

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may besubject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefitsavailable for this temporary role may include the following:
