Job Description

We are looking for a Production Support Analyst Associate to join a long-term contract opportunity supporting high-volume financial and operational workflows in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position is well suited for someone who works accurately under deadlines, enjoys solving process-related issues, and can manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team setting. The role focuses on transaction processing, reporting, and data maintenance while meeting service expectations and quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely with possible occasional on-site support as business needs require.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and complete intake requests involving financial and account-related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Enter and update direct deposit details and other sensitive account information within internal systems while maintaining data quality.
  • Handle returned check and repayment activities by updating consumer records and supporting related payment processing tasks.
  • Prepare, maintain, and validate Excel files used for operational reporting and transaction processing.
  • Update employer and consumer account information across spreadsheets and system records according to established procedures.
  • Organize a high volume of work, adjust priorities as needed, and consistently meet turnaround targets and service level expectations.
  • Partner closely with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues, clarify requests, and support daily production objectives.
  • Adapt to shifting assignments, process changes, and peak-period overtime demands while sustaining dependable output.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to manage reporting, communications, and scheduling activities.
