Hours- Friday- Sunday 5am-5:30pm Paid for 40 hours

JOB PURPOSE

Hang weldments on paint line and inspect for quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Pull carts of product from Inventory into staging area Properly hang weldments onto conveyor line using hoist and hooks. Visually inspect parts for quality (missing or inadequate welds, weld spatter, etc.). Remove weldments from the paint line conveyor, inspect for quality, remove plugs/masking and place on cart/pallet/rack. Wrap and box parts Complete order sheets Remove hooks as needed for reconditioning Perform Oracle transactions Report supply needs, equipment breakdowns, accidents or injuries to supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, speak and understand) Ability to work a flexible schedule Ability to read blueprints, drawings and work instructions High School Diploma or

GED PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally Push/pull up to 25 lbs Walk, stand, bend, twist/turn, reach overhead and grasp tools as necessary Operate hoist, sander and grinder

Pay:

From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
