3:00 PM - 1:00 AM $19.00 per hour Guaranteed 32 hours per week Additional hours and overtime opportunities may be available Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential Position Overview As a Production Worker, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process by helping ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This is a fast-paced position in a refrigerated food production environment. Essential Responsibilities Work on a fast-paced production line while maintaining food safety and quality standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Meet daily production goals and performance expectations Continuously handle, move, and package products Lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout the shift Follow all workplace safety procedures and food manufacturing guidelines Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Support overall production operations as needed Qualifications Ability to work in a refrigerated environment throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements Strong attendance and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening Why Join Us?
