Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be actively involved in the assembly, processing, and quality assurance of our products within a fast-paced factory environment. Your mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and hands-on skills will contribute to the efficiency and excellence of our production operations. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and power tools safely to support material handling and assembly tasks Interpret manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and process instructions accurately Use measuring instruments to ensure precise component dimensions and quality standards are met Conduct manual handling and heavy lifting to move materials and finished products throughout the facility Assist in mechanical assembly processes using hand tools and power tools with attention to detail Follow safety protocols diligently, adhering to all safety standards in production areas Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains on the assembly line Qualifications High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree. High level of commitment and flexibility.
Willingness and ability to work shifts. Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment. Ability to identify, pull, splice, and vulcanize appropriate materials per the work order. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on a semi regular basis. Basic-Level English language skills preferred to read instructions and safety manuals. Basic computer skills (preferred).
