Based on experience Job Responsibilities The Quoting Specialist will work closely with the Production Manager and Senior Buyer to support quoting, production, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare material quotes and review Bills of Materials (BOMs). Scrub and review materials BOMs for accuracy. Prepare quote proposals by reviewing specifications, purchase orders, and terms and conditions. Generate post-sales paperwork. Communicate project status, production changes, delays, and unexpected issues to production personnel. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal team members. Help identify the causes of delays and recommend possible solutions. Take appropriate action to resolve issues within the scope of the position. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Experience with electronic parts and electronic component vendors preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Experience working in an electronic manufacturing environment preferred. College degree preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Comfortable interacting directly with customers to resolve issues. Must be able to conform to ITAR requirements . Physical Requirements Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods. Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch. Frequently lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to use hands and arms to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects.
