3D Printing Technician, Level 1

We're looking for a 3D Printing Technician who's ready to bring grit, curiosity, and ownership to the details that make our work exceptional. What You'll Do Perform post-processing tasks on 3D printed parts — cleaning, depowdering, and finishing. Inspect parts for quality and document results digitally. Track work orders and production details using NetSuite on iPads. Communicate clearly with teammates through Microsoft Teams. Help prepare final products for shipment. Support continuous improvement by noticing and reporting process gaps. What We're Looking For Comfortable using technology (iPads, ERP systems, digital tools) every day. Learns quickly and adapts to new processes. Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset. Curious, humble, and reliable team player. Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
