00/hr PROMAN Staffing is currently seeking Production Workers for a growing manufacturing facility in High Ridge, MO. This is a hands-on production position in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Pull finished containers from automated production lines Inspect products for quality and identify any defects Package, sort, and box finished products for shipment Prepare pallets and move completed product throughout the facility Perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks Transport raw materials and production supplies as needed Assist with handling liquid and powder materials used in manufacturing processes Operate and monitor production equipment, including automated and semi-automated machinery Support printing and decorating operations on containers and packaging products Monitor labeling equipment to ensure accurate product identification Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Team-oriented with a positive work ethic Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Standing and walking for extended periods Repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to work around production machinery and equipment Why Work with PROMAN?
