Team Assembler
  • 3rd Shift Full-Time Opportunity 3rd Shift | Sunday
  • Thursday | 11:00 PM
  • 7:30 AM $19.
30/hr Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team? We are seeking Team Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing operation. In this role, you will work collaboratively with team members to assemble products and components while supporting quality, safety, and production goals. What You'll Do As a Team Assembler, you will be a key part of the production process, helping to assemble products from start to finish. Unlike traditional assembly positions, team members rotate through various tasks and workstations, allowing you to develop a broad range of skills and contribute across the production line. Key Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to specifications and work instructions Rotate through multiple assembly tasks and stations within the production process Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards are met Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily output goals Work collaboratively with team members to support operational objectives Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team discussions Support team leads and contribute ideas that improve processes and productivity What We're Looking For Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to learn multiple job functions and rotate between tasks Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success Good communication and problem-solving skills Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is a plus but not required Why Join Us?
