M-Th Job Summary:

General production, material handling, loading/unloading, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with daily production operations. This is a physical, fast-paced production environment. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities:

Perform general labor and production duties as assigned. Assist with moving, handling, and organizing materials. Operate basic production equipment as trained. Inspect products for quality and report any issues to a supervisor. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all company safety rules and procedures. Meet daily production and attendance expectations. Work effectively as part of a team. Perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching. Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Be available for mandatory Friday overtime when required

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be dependable and have good attendance. Must be able to work Monday-Thursday and mandatory Friday overtime when required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
