Job Description

Production Assistant A well-established local company in the Flathead Valley is seeking a Production Assistant to join its team. Known for its quality work, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction, the company provides creative solutions and professional services to a wide range of clients. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, hands-on team where reliability, creativity, and pride in workmanship are valued. This hands-on position supports the production of printed decals, stickers, and other graphic products. The ideal candidate enjoys working with equipment, learns technical processes quickly, takes pride in doing things correctly, and consistently follows established procedures. Attention to detail is critical, as is the ability to stay organized and communicate effectively with the team.
Starting Wage:
$22 to $30/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Operate and assist with production and printing equipment Prepare and handle materials throughout the production process Follow established production procedures, systems, and instructions Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and consistency Maintain an organized workspace and communicate effectively with team members regarding production needs and issues
Qualifications:
Previous printing, manufacturing, production, mechanical, or equipment operation experience helpful Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail with good listening and communication skills Ability to follow established systems, procedures, and instructions consistently Technical and mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn equipment and processes Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment and handling materials up to approximately 35 pounds Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings Call or text Dre in our LC Staffing Kalispell Office at 406-298-9148 42226
