Job Description

Customer Concierge - Part-Time A rapidly growing broadband provider dedicated to delivering high-speed fiber-optic internet to underserved communities is seeking a Part-Time Customer Concierge. With a focus on reliability, transparency, and customer satisfaction, they offer residential, business, and enterprise solutions designed to meet the needs of a connected world. In this part-time role, you'll assist residents in staying connected through reliable fiber internet while guiding them through the transition from traditional cable or satellite TV to modern streaming platforms. The ideal candidate is personable, comfortable with technology, and enjoys helping others understand and make the most of today's internet and entertainment options.
Starting Wage:
$23/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Part-time, estimated 20 hours/week
Essential Functions and Duties:
Serve as the primary on-site representative within the community, building relationships with residents and staff Engage residents through outreach efforts, including door-to-door visits, events, and product demonstrations Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate internet plans and streaming solutions Provide in-home support with setting up devices, apps, and streaming services, along with basic user training Host workshops and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and ease of use Track sales activity, manage CRM updates, and complete administrative tasks while meeting sales goals
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, approachable, and empathetic demeanor and the ability to explain technology in clear, simple terms Experience in telecom, utilities, or subscription-based services preferred Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Prior experience in sales or customer service (telecom, senior services, or tech support preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends Get in touch!
