18495 Cheese Production Associate Ingles Markets is looking for a Cheese Production Associate for its Distribution Center located in Black Mountain, NC. As a Cheese Production Associate, you will: Oversee the cutting, packaging, de-boxing, palletizing, and record-keeping of all things cheese. Ensure quality. These team members are crazy about quality and crazy about cheese! Work diligently to ensure that we adhere to local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations so that we can offer the highest quality product for our customers. Shifts typically run Monday-Thursday with a three-day weekend unless business needs require otherwise. Compensation Information:

Pay starting at $21.82/hr. Start earning Paid Time Off day 1. Weekly pay with direct deposit. Opportunities for advancement.

Employment Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Will conduct a Criminal Background Check. Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Physical Requirements:

Extensive standing. Must be able to lift 5 - 50 lbs. and frequently exert and lift moderate amounts of weight. Cooler and clean room environment. No facial hair, jewelry, piercings, long fingernails, or artificial nails are allowed in the cheese production room. No makeup with Glisten or sparkle effect may be worn. Experience Will train the right candidate. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must want to work and have excellent attendance. Must be willing to learn and pay attention to detail. Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills. Interact well with others. Loving cheese is not required, but it will make work even more exciting!
