Position Summary:
The Multimedia Production Specialist serves as the creative producer within the Innovation & Design Studio at Eventus WholeHealth, transforming raw ideas, recordings, and educational concepts into polished, branded, audience-ready visual media. Working closely with Learning Experience Designers and subject matter experts, this role applies strong graphic design, video production, and multimedia editing skills to ensure content is visually engaging, technically sound, and aligned with Eventus WholeHealth brand standards. This position supports both pre- and post-production efforts across education, communication, and organizational change initiatives. By elevating clarity, consistency, and production excellence across enterprise initiatives, this role directly contributes to improved adoption of best practices, stronger alignment across teams, and ultimately enhanced patient care outcomes. Through thoughtful visual storytelling and disciplined production execution, the Multimedia Production Specialist ensures that innovation at Eventus does not simply launch — but meaningfully impacts how care is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Innovation & Design Studio team to support enterprise initiatives through creative production Produce visual media before, during, and after recordings, including setup support, visual planning, and post-production editing Edit video and audio content for all educational and communication assets, including clinical education, internal communications, and leadership messaging Apply graphic design expertise to ensure consistent visual identity, branding, and professional polish across Eventus training and reference materials Translate subject-matter expertise into compelling, audience-appropriate multimedia content in collaboration with Learning Experience Designer to ensure visual media aligns with instructional intent and learning outcomes Utilize multimedia tools and platforms including Clipchamp, Synthesia, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft applications, and current AI tools. Organize and manage production timelines, assets, and workflows to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion Support internal deployment of content in collaboration with the Director of the Innovation & Design Studio Maintain high standards for production quality, accessibility, and usability across all Studio-supported content Provide creative production support to other Learning & Intelligence teams as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in: Multimedia Production Film / Video Production Digital Media Or at least 6 years of experience, if no degree 2-4 years' experience working in graphic design, animation, multimedia or relevant field. Successful creative project management experience. Experience with shooting or editing video & audio Experience with instructional design and learning design. Online course design experience. Proficiency with multimedia and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video and audio editing software, presentation design platforms) Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex or technical content into clear, audience-ready assets Understanding of brand standards, visual identity, and production quality control Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills within cross-functional teams with a track record of creative project management success.
