12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule A growing manufacturing facility in Conover is hiring dependable Production Bagger Operators for night shift. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable staying active, learning multiple production tasks, and working as part of a team. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are looking for reliable people with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow safety and production procedures. What you'll do
- Safely operate bagging equipment used to produce 60-lb. product bags
- Monitor equipment and finished product quality throughout the shift
- Inspect products and remove defective bags as needed
- Assist with startup, shutdown, and shift-change activities
- Report equipment issues, downtime, or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Clean, sweep, and shovel loose production material as needed
- Manually stack 60-lb. bags during production needs or equipment downtime
- Rotate between multiple production responsibilities
- Operate a forklift after completing company-provided training and certification What to expect This is an active manufacturing environment, not a climate-controlled warehouse. The right candidate should be comfortable with:
- A facility that may be hot in warmer weather and cold in cooler weather
- Wood fiber and dust associated with the manufacturing process
- Manufacturing noise, moving equipment, and required PPE
- Standing and walking for most of a 12-hour shift
- Repetitive physical work, including bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting
- Regularly handling 50-lb. bags and occasionally moving materials up to 60 lbs. What we're looking for

- Availability to consistently work the 6:00 PM-6:10 AM shift and 2-2-3 schedule
- Ability to remain for the full scheduled shift
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn multiple production responsibilities
- A safety-first mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or production experience preferred but not required
