Job Summary PROMAN is seeking experienced and motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. Machine Operators are responsible for operating manual and CNC milling and lathe machines to produce high-quality valve and regulator components. This role requires a strong focus on quality, safety, precision measurement, and continuous improvement in a production-driven environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC and manual machines to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, Go/No-Go gauges, thread gauges, and other measuring tools. Load materials into bar feeders and monitor machine operation. Ensure coolant systems are functioning properly. Perform manual deburring and basic preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and report machine or production issues. Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards. Qualifications 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred. Experience with machines such as Mazak, Citizen, Mori-Seiki, Doosan, Daewoo, Hydromat, Tornos, or similar equipment. Ability to use precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform basic shop math and read blueprints. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of Machine Operation must be on resume. Trade school or machining certification preferred. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods.
