Full Job Description SUMMARY:
Production Team Lead - Boviet Solar USA (Phase 2 Expansion) Responsible for leading the daily production activities of an assigned production group in a controlled clean room manufacturing environment to ensure production, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved. Assign work according to the production plan and maintain balanced workflow. Monitor production quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production activities to support daily operations. Monitor production line operations and recommend process improvements. Ensure production activities are performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Promote production safety, clean room compliance, and 6S workplace standards. Lead daily startup meetings and communicate production goals and company updates. Train, guide, and support production employees while monitoring attendance and performance. Maintain production records to ensure product traceability. Perform production operations as needed. Complete all other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience:
Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Experience in a clean room manufacturing environment is highly preferred but not required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Familiar with manufacturing processes, production standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Knowledge of clean room manufacturing practices and 6S principles preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to monitor production activities, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement.
