$17.00 / hourJob Description Essential Functions Machines:
- Take charge of securing the proper use and maintenance of machines, defining parameters, and conducting the 1st level of maintenance and necessary adjustments.
- Monitor machine performance and promptly address any deviations or issues to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Process:
- Exercise strict control over production processes and adhere to planned parameters and schedules.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and secure the safety of the entire production process.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor to optimize and monitor equipment performance, ensuring a safe and efficient production process.
Materials:
- Guarantee the availability of materials on the production line as per the planned schedule, especially during article changes.
- Perform thorough quality checks on materials to ensure they meet the required standards.
Quality:
- Take full ownership of maintaining and securing the quality of products throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular

inspections at agreed frequencies to ensure compliance with quality standards.- Collect data on internal defects and work collaboratively with the team to implement corrective actions.
People:
- Provide comprehensive training to team members on safety and quality requirements pertaining to their respective positions.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Lead and motivate the production team, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure smooth coordination among team members.
- Provide continuous support and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in manufacturing or related fields is a plus or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of production machinery and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize processes for efficiency.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and engage the team.
- Proficient in reading and speaking English.
- Familiarity with relevant software applications, such as MS Office Suite Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 6:00am-3:30pm.
