• Job Description Loading and unloading materials Will be working in a fast-paced production environment.

Must be comfortable with physical labor and picking products up by hand. Must be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment. Meet daily production goals by working efficiently and maintaining consistent output. Lift up to 30 pounds as required and perform frequent bending, twisting, and stooping to handle materials and equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in general production, construction, or general labor environments. Experience with material handling, loading, and packaging tasks. Familiarity with brick, masonry, or similar manufacturing processes. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rotating roles across Making, Shapes, Rumble, and other departments. Comfort working in a fast-paced industrial setting with moving equipment and heavy materials. No medical certifications or professional licenses required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
