About the Role As a Manufacturing Machine Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving production efficiency by assisting with the setup, calibration, and ongoing operation of industrial equipment. You will play a vital role in maintaining high output standards while ensuring a safe and productive environment for the entire manufacturing team. Responsibilities Support lead operators in the efficient configuration and startup of production machinery. Proactively monitor equipment performance to identify and resolve potential mechanical bottlenecks. Uphold rigorous safety standards to foster a secure and compliant workplace. Execute preventative maintenance and sanitation tasks to maximize machine uptime and longevity. Document production metrics and equipment status to ensure data-driven operational improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional team members to achieve daily throughput targets and delivery schedules. Engage in continuous learning initiatives to master new machinery and technical processes. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Demonstrated ability to follow precise technical instructions and safety guidelines. Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving. Proven capacity to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
