Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Production Machine Operator - Mocksville, NC Adecco is currently hiring Production Machine Operators for a leading advanced manufacturing facility in Mocksville, NC. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, have strong attention to detail, and are looking for a long-term opportunity with room to learn and grow. What You'll Do Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment Verify machine settings and production specifications before and during production runs Perform regular line checks to ensure equipment is operating properly Monitor product quality and identify defects or abnormalities Make basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting production issues Complete required production logs and documentation accurately Assist with equipment start-up and shutdown procedures Communicate production or quality concerns with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all plant safety, quality, and operating procedures Perform additional production duties as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, or industrial experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production specifications Strong attendance and reliability Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift Work Environment This position works in an active manufacturing environment around operating machinery. The facility may experience warmer temperatures depending on the season and production area, and hearing protection and other required PPE must be worn in designated areas. Why Apply? Pay Details:
