Job Description

Jockey is now hiring for a Quality Lead at our National Distribution Center located in Mocksville, NC - a Piedmont Triad Community. This person will oversee the department in the supervisor's absence. This is a 1st Shift Position 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Friday with some mandatory overtime throughout the week and on Saturday. The Lead Quality Operator is responsible for reviewing and processing Test Order Confirmations (TOCs) and reporting approvals and failures in a timely manner. This role includes coordinating wash testing activities, maintaining testing records, and communicating results to corporate partners and external contractors. Additional responsibilities include tracking TOP (Top of Production) samples, coordinating annual compliance tests, maintaining quality assurance adjustment case records, and preparing regular reports for management. The Lead Quality Operator will assist with overseeing daily operations in the absence of the Quality Control Supervisor. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required. The Quality Lead is a working lead operator position. This is a 1st SHIFT Position. Candidates must list work history or attach resume to be considered for this position. All positions require the following minimum qualifications: Mandatory Overtime Must be able to push and pull boxes and lift up to 40 lbs. Must be willing to participate in a background check and drug screen. All new hires will be asked to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
